There's only one icon in that window that has to be clicked to allow the process to continue. For a sighted person, it wouldn't take them literally speaking half a second to do. With Voiceover however if I try to VO around the dialog, all it does is dings at me. I have tried restarting Voiceover but it does no good. The point being, this window is just very non-standard. The devs are aware of it, and are looking for a fix, but in the meantime, I'm stuck, losing money.
Maybe not a huge significant amount, but it's money, nonetheless.
Automate Mouse Clicking with Mac Auto Mouse Click
I don't know anything about coding. I'm not a scripter nor a programmer at heart. I know very very basic programming, but when I say basic, darn it, I mean basic, and no, I don't mean the basic language, ha ha.

I mean, I'm incredibly beginner level if even that. Is there any program out there for the mac, maybe something like Keyboard Maestro, or whatever that without knowing much code tactic would allow me to have a sighted person place the mouse pointer on the icon for me without clicking it, then let me somehow assign a macro or a memory location based on screen coordinants on the X and Y axis to that location.
One good thing is that this icon I'd need to click in that screen never moves, ever. I'm thinking if I could find a way to somehow make an Apple script, or a way to somehow make a memory type thing of a preset, where I hit one key, and it jumps to that area, Voiceover not withstanding, then I'd be all set, as then, after calling that script or whatever, I'd just click my physical mouse itself, and boom!
Mission accomplished. Before anyone goes the Voiceover route of saying something like, just set a sweetspot on the screen, or set up a Voiceover hotspot or what not, remember, I'm an incredibly advanced Voiceover user.
I'm totally totally aware of those methods. They won't work though, as Voiceover won't gain focus inside that popup window to start with, and in order for those tricks to work, you'd have to first gain access to the window in the first place.
Mac Auto Mouse Click
As I said, I don't know if this is a floating window, or a motle window. Being you can't move it nor resize it, I'm gonna lean more toward it being an overlaid motle window which probably is popping up on top of the main UI framework of the application itself. Not sure if it's an O L E module or not. Probably not, but you get the point This would require you to position the mouse at a known spot before evoking this ap.
